| dc.description.abstract | Cet article traite de toutes les étapes réalisées pour mener à bien
un projet d’implantation d’un système de cogénération sur un ancien site
militaire destiné à devenir un complexe regroupant des logements, hôtel,
restaurant, centres de bien-être divers, école et autres services. Le bénéfice
des certificats verts octroyés pour une cogénération de qualité, cumulé aux
primes à l’investissement et à la possibilité de revendre l’électricité excédentaire
au réseau rend la cogénération attrayante d’un point de vue économique.
La définition des besoins électriques et thermiques du site, la pertinence et
la faisabilité d’un tel projet, la rédaction du cahier des charges à proposer
aux éventuels futurs soumissionnaires, et enfin, l’étude de la rentabilité
économique de l’installation de cogénération, sont autant d’éléments pris
en compte dans cette étude. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstracten | This article deals with all the steps leading to the setting up of a cogeneration
system on a former millitary site. This will become a complex of housing,
hotels, restaurants, various welfare centers, schools and other services.
The cogeneration is economically attractive thanks to the profit of the green
certificates granted for a quality cogeneration, the investment premiums as
well as the opportunity to resell the surplus electricity to the grid.
This survey takes into account the definition of the electrical and thermal
needs of the site, the relevance and the feasibility of such a project, the writing
of the specifications for potential future renderers and eventually the
survey of the economic cost-effectiveness of the cogeneration installation. | en_US |
